If you need to cancel your appointment please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) may result in full charges (or promotional services will be charged at full price). We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy, no matter the circumstances, because we often schedule service providers especially for you.
E-mail is the best way for us to keep you up-to-date on all of the latest news, information, events, promotion and more. As a new customer, we would like to ensure that you are kept informed. 2014 Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL) requires us to obtain your consent to continue receiving electronic communications from us. By providing us with your personal e-mail address, you consent to adding your e-mail to our client list unless otherwise stated during your initial visit.
All client files and information is kept strictly private and confidential.
We offer samples of most products and will accept returns on unopened items only or defective containers. All goods and services purchased are final sale. Allergic reaction can occur, if this is the case, please contact us immediately so that proper analysis of products used in clinic or home care are assessed and contained.
At Confident Image Chez France, we care about the health and wellbeing of our clients; we observe Health Canada’s Sterilization and Prevention guidelines with the use of Accel TB Disinfectant which is Tuberculocidal, Virucidal, Bactericidal, Fungicidal, and Broad Spectrum Sanitizing. Disposable Needles and Nitrile Gloves are used during all treatments to protect against cross-contamination.

Some health insurances cover ELECTROLYSIS, please verify with your provider and we will be happy to issue a receipt for a minimal $5 fee. All other treatments are considered cosmetic, however we can get you in sooner than a doctor's office and our fees are generally lower.

Any treatment(s) packages and/or products that have been purchased are subject to a “No Refund” policy; however packages may be transferred to family and friends.

All new clients receive a complimentary consult for all services. You will be required to fill out a short medical history form and consent form pertaining to the service offered. Your permission is necessary before commencing any treatments. The permission form is intended to be a tool to ensure that you have been informed about your procedure, the risks and the benefits, and to provide you with a chance to ask your questions. Please Note: Ultimately, we are here to help you and want your experience to be a pleasant one. We thrive on providing a safe and effective treatment and wish to assist in any way possible; it is your responsibility over the duration of your treatments to tell us if there has been a change in medication, prescriptions; topical or otherwise, or a change in your health and if you have had others skin care treatments outside our office or a change in home skin care regime and/or products used in conjunction with ours. Skin reactions can occur though rare, and are avoidable if you follow our standard recommendations. For optimum results, we suggest the use of our clinical skincare products which are SAFE and specifically formulated to work in conjunction with our treatments.
